Phone numbers collected through request forms are shared only with the selected physiotherapist so they can contact you via text or WhatsApp. We do not sell or rent your information. Analytics data is aggregated for product improvements.

Data retention

Contact information is retained only as long as necessary to coordinate care. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hello@madridphysios.com.

We use HTTPS everywhere and industry-standard safeguards to protect your data in transit and at rest.
