Service scope

We list verified physiotherapists and offer tools to surface providers near you. Booking arrangements, pricing, and care delivery are handled directly between you and the physio. We are not a medical practice and do not employ the providers on the platform.

User responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact details so physios can reach you.
• Confirm availability, pricing, and treatment plans directly with the physio.
• Seek urgent care elsewhere if you are experiencing an emergency.

Limitation of liability

We vet physios for credentials and conduct but cannot guarantee outcomes. By using the service you agree that Madrid Physios is not liable for any injury, damages, or disputes arising from treatment agreements between you and a provider.

Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
